JOIN OUR PROGRAM – RHYMETIME SESSIONS
From time to time, the development of our youngest community members requires joyful musical engagement and creative expression. We recognize this fundamental need in early childhood development, which is why we’ve created the Rhymetime program – a carefully designed experience that nurtures both cognitive growth and social skills during these crucial formative years.
Rhymetime is our beloved interactive program featuring:
- Lively music and sing-along songs
- Creative movement activities
- Engaging storytime sessions
- Playful finger rhymes and gestures
- Special guest author appearances
- Our popular sessions are expertly delivered by our trained librarians, with occasional visits from celebrated children’s authors and performers. Each 30-minute session is carefully structured to:
- Develop early literacy skills
- Enhance musical appreciation
- Encourage social interaction
- Support language development
- Foster parent-child bonding
Ideal for children ages 3 to 5 years old, Rhymetime provides a welcoming, inclusive space where young minds can explore rhythm, language and movement. Parents and caregivers consistently report these benefits:
- Improved verbal communication in their children
- Increased confidence in social settings
- New repertoire of songs and rhymes to enjoy at home
- Valuable connections with other local families
