Event Grades

To ensure fair play and smooth scheduling throughout the tournament weekend, players must register in either the Social or Champion grade, not both.

Each player may enter up to two events within their selected grade (e.g., Singles and Doubles in Champion grade, or Doubles and Mixed in Social grade).

This approach has been adopted for the following reasons:

Fair Competition: Keeping players within one grade helps maintain the integrity and spirit of both divisions. It prevents higher-level players from dominating the social grade, creating a more enjoyable and competitive experience for all.

Simplified Scheduling: Managing entries within a single grade reduces the risk of scheduling conflicts, delays, and player fatigue caused by back-to-back matches across divisions.

Grade Identity: Encouraging players to commit to a single grade ensures that each division retains its intended level of competitiveness and community focus.

Note: For all doubles events (including mixed), both players must register. If only one player registers, the game will be cancelled.
